Do you charge fees to book travel?
If you have some idea of where you would like to go, and book a travel package with us (package is either air and hotel, or air and car, or hotel and car, we do not charge you any fees.
We do not book air only tickets.
If you have a very complex itinerary e.g. multiple stops in multiple countries, or do not know where you want to travel to and need ideas and information; we will ask for a $50.00 deposit to start working with you. We will provide you with extensive research including multiple pricing with options, if you book your vacation with us, the deposit is applied to your vacation, if you decide not to book after receiving the pricing and options, the deposit covers services rendered.
No matter which category you fall into, you will always receive our expertise in putting together packages with the best options and pricing even on complex itineraries. We will present you with a formal quote customized especially for you. We implemented the deposit requirement for certain requests to assist us in providing our customers with the high quality service they deserve by spending our time working with clients that are serious about working with us and getting the best service and packages available.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card information. The process of encryption takes the information you enter and converts it into code to securely transmit it over the Internet. If you prefer, you can call in and book with your credit card over the phone.
Can I use air miles or credit card miles to pay for my vacation?
Redemption for rewards points, bonus miles, etc are usually done through the company who issued them. You will need to check with your company who issued the miles to see how you can redeem them. They will be able to tell you blackout dates and availability for your travel dates. If you can't use your miles, give us a call and we can put together a great package for you that will fit your budget.
I can found a cheap package on the internet but would rather book with a travel agent, do you Price Match?
YES! We are a full service travel service provider that works with experienced and reputable Tour Operators to bring you the best packages available for your destination. We do match prices on the same exact package dates and itinerary if you find a lower price elsewhere. To receive the price match you must send us the full reservation information and price quote so we can adjust your price.
Can I cancel my trip once I have paid for it?
We go over all cancel and change policies prior to taking payment. Most packages are non-refundable once booked, unless you have purchased travel insurance, your trip is usually non-refundable. Your itinerary will show your cancellation policies for your trip. Travel insurance is optional and offered with all trip quotes. It is an additional expense but can save you money if you have to cancel after payment is made. We strongly recommend insurance and it can usually be added up to 14 days after booking.
We are booking a big group, is there any incentive to book with you?
We offer one point of contact for your group, everyone in the group will be able to talk to the same group coordinator. You will be able to give everyone in your group our name and number and we will handle all the details. You can relax knowing the details are all being handled by your own group planner, not a different person each time you call. We negotiate extras for all groups including free rooms, onboard credits, if cruising, free breakfasts etc.
